CHOICE OF ONE

south louisiana breadpudding

A rich egg custard with peaches and apples, folded together with house-baked French bread. Oven baked until golden brown and served hot with a 4 Rose’s Bourbon butter sauce. A recipe dating back four generations of Cajun culture.

salted caramel cheesecake

A traditional New York Cheesecake with swirls of thick, rich Caramel. As if that wasn’t enough we top it with a thin layer of Hershey’s Caramel topping. A light dusting of Sea Salt on top and a Caramel drizzle. Garnished with whipped cream.

790 citrus key lime pie!

An American original, traced back to the early 20th century in the Key West Florida area. The first informal mention of this delicious dessert may have been made by William Curry, a ship salvager and Key West’s first millionaire. His cook, Aunt Sally, made this tasty creation for him. Ours is scratch-made-in-house with fresh squeezed limes, and a hint of lemon and orange zest as well to provide a cool refreshing after meal treat! Garnished with whipped cream, and a 790 Must Have…..

flourless chocolate cake

This flourless cake, featuring both chocolate and cocoa, is rich, rich, RICH! A chocolate ganache glaze takes it over the top. And, since it contains neither flour nor leavening, it's perfect for Passover. And, of course, also ideal for those following a gluten-free diet.

Limoncello mascarpone cake

This luscious Limoncello Mascarpone cake is a rich combination of Sicilian lemon infused sponge cake and Italian mascarpone topped with European white chocolate curls. A refreshingly light creamy dessert with the perfect combination of sweet and tart.
