New Orleans Muffaletta

Italian in origin, we make ours with Gambino’s bread from New Orleans, lean ham, Mortadella with Pistachios, Genoa salami, Swiss cheese, and our delicious house-made Olive Salad! Oven baked and served with a choice of one side.   Half  16. / Whole  22.

Gulf Grouper Sandwich

Fillet of Gulf Grouper offered grilled, blackened, or fried. Served on a toasted Brioche roll with lettuce and onions. Choice of one side and house-made Remoulade sauce on the side.  25.5

The Jacked-Up Chicken Sandwich

A tender chicken breast pan blackened and topped off with Pepper Jack cheese and crisp Apple cider bacon. Served on grilled Texas Toast with lettuce, onions, and ripe tomatoes. Comes with Jalapeno Ranch and a choice of one side.   15.

Old Time Shrimp Poor-Boy

Large shrimp lightly floured and fried to a golden brown. Served on our fresh baked French bread. Dressed with crisp lettuce and onions.

Seafood Specialties & Louisiana Flavors

Napoleon’s Chicken Marengo

A classic dish made famous in June of 1800 by the personal chef of Napoleon Bonaparte, Chef Dunand. Lightly floured and pan sautéed Chicken breast. simmered in a white wine sauce with butter, tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, black olives, onions, Basil, and Oregano. Served with Andouille Yellow Rice and grilled French bread.  17.5

BBQ Shrimp Pasta

Shell-less Gulf Shrimp, sautéed in a rich butter sauce with Louisiana hot sauce, garlic, Rosemary, Oregano, onions, Worchestershire sauce, lemon juice, and more. Finished with a touch of heavy cream and tossed with pasta.     21.

Grouper Acadiana

Tender fillet of gulf Grouper, pan blackened and topped with Crawfish Etouffee. Served over a bed of Andouille Yellow Rice. Choice of one side.   37
